What Area do you
cover?
Our coverage is UK wide provided either
the pick up or drop off address is in the
north Bucks, Beds or Northampton area.

Is
your company licenced?
Yes we are fully licenced as a Private Hire Operator by
MK Council - which includes an enhanced CRB check. |

If
my flight is delayed will I be charged extra?
We do NOT charge you any extra if your flight is
delayed.
We monitor all flight arrivals at all major UK airports
and will be at the airport according to the actual landing
time of your flight. |

Will
I have to pay only the quoted price?
Generally the price you are quoted is the total price
you pay. It is very rare that extra charged are added. |

What
are the normal extra charges?
The price that you pay for our chauffeured meet and
greet service includes ALL parking charges and up to 1
hour of waiting time. However in the unlikely event that
you are delayed for longer than 1 hour, after your flight
has landed, there is a charge of £5 per 15 minutes
thereafter. |

Is
there a charge for credit/debit card transactions?
Yes we charge £2.50 or 3.5% which ever is the greater.
This is the amount that the merchant bank charge us.
Unlike most other companies, we do NOT add on any
extra. |

What
if I cannot find my driver?
Your driver will meet you in the airport arrivals hall
with a name board. During the booking process you will
normally be given his mobile number. Also, if available,
he will have your mobile number. |
